“Henan CHTC Automobile Corporation” and Uzbek Leasing International A.O.” JSC signed a Memorandum of Cooperation
On June 4, 2019, in Tashkent a Memorandum on Cooperation between Henan CHTC Automobile Corporation ( HENAN CHTC CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD.) and Uzbek Leasing International A.O. has been signed.The cooperation between the two companies will be of great benefit to the future development of Uzbekistan's vehicle market.

Uzbek Leasing International JSC is a unique example of use by the leasing company of modern technology for management, financing and marketing that allows us to actively build up the customer base. At the same time, our principle of full transparency allows attracting long-term financing, provided both by the international financial institutions and local banks.

Since the beginning of activity up to these days, the Company's portfolio includes more than 750 leasing projects. On all projects implemented in almost all regions of the Republic, the production of industrial and consumer goods is up and running.

CHTC Group is a manufacturer of trucks, buses, construction and special equipment, also occupies a leading position in the production of electric buses and special equipment on electric traction.

China has four factories for the production of full-cycle trucks and special equipment, and two factories abroad. The company has two engine manufacturing plants and three research institutes. Currently, three more plants are under construction. The total annual production of the CHTC Group is about 400,000 vehicles of various types.

In addition, CHTC has 5 factories for the production of special machinery and electric-powered vehicles with an annual capacity of 50,000 units.

Currently, more than 600 sales channels support domestic business, as well as 70 sales channels abroad built in Southeast Asia, the Near East, Australia, America and other markets. In Uzbekistan, the interests of the company CHTC Group are represented by the joint venture Hi-Tech Trans Group LLC.
